Van/Ferry to Koh Lipe worked very well. The pickup point is at their office in the Komtar bus station, George Town, not in the office outside the station! The van left bang on time, 5am! The immigration points worked well and the driver took good care of us. We got to the ferry port in plenty of time for the 1. 30pm ferry. There is an atm outside the 7/11 as you need to buy a 200 Baht fee for Koh Lipe National Park. All worked perfectly!
