The operators ensure that both counter staff and drivers are proficient in English, facilitating clear and effective communication with travelers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors or name. Additionally, travelers can go to the company's counter or ticket office for assistance. If the pick up is at an airport or terminal, specific information regarding the arrival hall and gate number will be available for travelers to meet their ride or driver.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can take the next available bus or minivan without any additional fees, provided there are seats available. For private airport pickups, passengers need to inquire about the waiting time of the driver in case of flight delays and whether any fees apply.

Baggage and special items

Motorbikes are not permitted on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passengers can change their names after their booking has been approved without any amendment fee.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or the confirmation email.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.
