Good ride

Check in and staff good. Entering boat is difficult for us having sight problem. Service from staaåff when moving to bus ok. But the bus was very bad. A very old and not comfortable. To cold AC and very much noise. Also 1 hour loner trvelling time than promised. I would like to be repaid of 50% of the price.

Fast service

All worked smoothly, only the bus driver took many stops to drop packages, collect people etc. And I think we went through a few longer routes to ensure all that happened. Comfortable & friendly but took almost 4 - 4.5 hours in the bus ride which seemed too long (the 15 min ferry ride was a breeze and fun!).
