Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name.
• Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their ride or driver at the designated arrival hall and gate number for airport or terminal pickups. For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers can take the next available bus or minivan without any additional cost. In private airport pickups, the driver will wait for up to 60 minutes if the flight is delayed, with no mention of an additional fee.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles can be brought on board without an additional fee.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. There is a Dodge Caravan available with sizeable seats to accommodate this need.
• Traveler aid: Traveler aids or assistants for those with mobile or visual handicaps can travel at no extra cost.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. An amendment fee for changing a name may apply; specific details on the fee and the timeframe allowed for name changes before travel are not provided.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies
