Unfortunately, due to the closure at the Thai border I had to cancel my trip to Bangkok. The 5 stars is because of the immediate and hassle free refund I was issued. I will be looking into other options with Book Way.

The bus start on time and arrived on time. It was a good ride with 2 stops.

Comfortable ride! Prompt and organized. Helpful at the border.

On time, friendly driver with very little English but enough humour to understand each other. Older van stufed with a motorscooter for the family, but enough space for legs and a careful driver.

Easy trip. The driver was kind. Some very large, loud, and unhygienic Eastern European men came on the bus, and they were obviously too big for the seats. One sat behind me, and slammed my chair forward and kept me from reclining. Once explained to the driver, he kindly moved me to a safer seat.
