Both the counter staff and the driver are fluent in English, facilitating clear and effective communication for travelers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors or name. Additionally, travelers can meet their ride or driver at the company's counter or ticket office. For those picking up at an airport or terminal, the meeting point is the Airport Bus Terminal.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can board the next available bus or minivan for an additional fee equal to the price of a new ticket. For private airport pickups, the driver can wait for passengers without any specified time limit or additional fee mentioned.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles cannot be brought on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after a booking are allowed. A fee for name changes may apply, and changes are permitted up to a certain period before travel.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print the confirmation email.
