Very easy to book with. Confirmation instantly. We got to the yellow bridge and showed our tickets on my phone- he took a pic and called his friend. We were on a boat within 10 mins- 45 mins before departure time. We weren’t sure who they were or where our payment went, but we were on Penida 15 mins later : ) didn’t bother us! Was a little more organised on the way back.

Boat was comfortable and clean. Seats are large and well cushioned. Only thing that could be improved would be at registration. They told us it was time to head to the boat but then there was nobody to direct us and they were waving that the boat was already leaving so we had to sprint down the pier with all of our luggage. There should have been more notice given to give us time to get to the boat.

The ticket agent and captains were friendly and helpful. Was easy to change our scheduled return time.
