Finding your ride
General pickup information:Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as they will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name. This is applicable at both company counters and ticket offices. Additionally, at airports or terminals, drivers will meet passengers at the arrival hall, continuing to use name signs for easy identification.
Pickup delay:For shared airport pickups, please note that if a flight is delayed, taking the next available bus or minivan is subject to a fee. For private airport pickups, the driver will await passengers for up to 3 hours without additional charges in case of flight delays.
Baggage and special items
Motorbikes cannot be brought on board.
Accessibility and assistance
Wheelchair accessibility:Wheelchairs are not allowed.
Guide dogs:Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers, but they should be informed in advance.

Booking and Amendments
Name Changes:Name changes are permitted after a booking has been approved. There is no amendment fee charged for changing a name, but it must be done at least 24 hours in advance of travel.

Onboard Policies

Pet policies
