Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can find their ride or driver at the company counter or ticket office. For pickups at airports or terminals, they should head to the designated arrival hall and gate number specified.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can take the next bus or minivan at no additional cost if their flight is delayed. In private airport pickups, the driver can wait for passengers without any extra fee, even if the flight is delayed.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board at no additional cost, provided they fit in the bus's storage area.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not permitted on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger name changes after booking approval are allowed at any time without a surcharge.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print their confirmation email.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Pets are not allowed.
