We booked online. The ride itself was great. We chose 8 am to go to Cozumel with a return time of 4 PM to Playa del Carmen. Our ticket showed those times but it was a wrong return time. The afternoon return times are 2:30 and 5 PM for the day we went over. Winjet Agent told us the 4 PM return was old information. We didn’t have anything lined up for later so it was fine but if you do have commitments you may be late.

Had a little trouble getting the bar codes from my booking until just before boarding, I received them. The trip to Cozumel was in rough seas not a nice early morning trip. The ride was way more our liking.

no problem to go but for the return i booked a ticket for the ride at 1pm but it didn’t exist on that day, so I had to buy a new ticket with a different company. I explained the problem to the book a way support, and had a refund in few days

Very easy to book and nice ride. Enjoyed the live music
