Felt very looked after by this company, arrived at the bus stop at 7.30am. System in place to get assigned your seat, choose your lunch (choice of 3 things - pad thai, chicken/veg fried rice and a 3rd I can't recall!), then get your luggage labelled and checked in. You will be given a small paper bag of goodies when you get on the bus: two cakey things (one chocolate and one blueberry), mints, refreshing wipe and a bottle of water. Wifi was decent and 1 usb plug per 2 seats. Left on time at 8am. If you want you can ask to do the fast track VIP crossing for 100 baht but from our experience of paying it is not worth it as everyone has to queue up to scan their fingers and thumbs for entering Thailand. Save your baht! (Maybe unless it is a national holiday and you will be able to fasttrack the exiting Cambodia queue but will still face the entering Thailand queue, up to you) We arrived at the border at 10.30am. Border crossing was straightforward and the bus attendant gave his whatsapp number out in case anyone needed support during the process. You're told to take all your small bags you've got with you from the bus and your big bags are unloaded too. The bus company will take your big bags over the border and then youll meet your bags after you've crossed the border to Thailand. Your big bags will be lined up ready for you to carry them to the bus company's office where the bus is parked. At the office you'll get your lunch and a chance for the toilet then back on the bus. We left the border about 12.30. The bus arrived far earlier than the ticket advertised. Due to Bangkok traffic we were told the driver wanted to be as ahead of schedule as possible. We got to Bangkok near Khaosan Rd for 4.30/5pm. Shout out to the bus attendant, really felt for him - he had had one day of training for his role and due to staff sickness had to step up and perform his role with one day of training. He was so open and honest about how nervous he felt speaking into a microphone with all of us looking back at him but I personally thought he was great and hope that feedback gets passed back to him and his superiors.

Very comfortable, if lengthy, journey from Bangkok to Siem Reap. I thought the driver’s style of driving added to the overall comfort levels - I say this as an experienced commercial driver from many years ago!
