The staff at the ticket counters speaks English, ensuring smooth communication for travelers. However, the drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle is distinctly marked with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance is available at the company's counter or ticket office. For pickups at airports or terminals, travelers can meet their ride or driver in the specified arrival hall and gate number.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can take the next available bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, the driver can wait for passengers whose flights have been delayed. If additional waiting time incurs a fee, the specifics of this fee should be confirmed.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board for an additional fee, which varies depending on the size of the bicycle.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board with an additional fee, which varies depending on the size of the bike.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger names cannot be changed once a booking has been approved.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
