Finding your ride

Additionally, assistance is available at the company's counter or ticket office. For pickups at airports or terminals, travelers can meet their ride or driver in the specified arrival hall and gate number.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can take the next available bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, the driver can wait for passengers whose flights have been delayed. If additional waiting time incurs a fee, the specifics of this fee should be confirmed.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board for an additional fee, which varies depending on the size of the bicycle.
