English-speaking staff is available at the counter; however, drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily identify their ride as vehicles are branded with company colors and names, and the specific arrangements can also be found at the company counter or ticket office. For airport or terminal pickups, details on the arrival hall and gate number will be provided where travelers can meet their ride or driver.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can board the next bus or minivan at no extra charge if their flight is delayed. However, availability of seats on the next bus should be confirmed. In the case of private airport pickups, if a flight delay occurs, details regarding driver wait times and any potential fees are not provided.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted at no cost and can be made at any time before travel.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Passengers are allowed to bring pets on board; however, only dogs are allowed. There is an additional fee for bringing a dog on board, so please purchase a ticket for the dog. Whether the dog needs to be kept in a cage depends on its behavior.
