2 hour waiting upon my arrival in Hanoi. Get help from local people to call limousine van. It comes 30 min late. However, when departing from Sapa, another van comes one hour early for pick-up.

The van was not what was expected. The driver arrived late and the van was quite small, dirty and cramped. The driver asked for money at the end when we had already paid.

The driver was supposed to pick us up at 8 am but he didnt show up, so I contacted the person whose telephone number I had on the reservation info and she sent a taxi to fetch us and arranged a new transportation for us. Everything turned out ok at the end.
