To locate your ride or driver, look for vehicles branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, you can go to the company's counter or ticket office. For pickups at airports or terminals, check the specific arrival hall and gate number provided.

Baggage and special items

Motorbikes are permitted on board for an additional fee. Please check the exact fee at the train station counter located outside Le Duan train station.

• Wheelchair accessibility: Vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. There is no fee for changing a passenger's name if it is done 24 hours before the departure time.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
