This was perfect. Beautiful limo/van. Plenty of room and comfortable. Dropped off at the office left on time and made one stop on the way. They dropped us off at our home stay.

We were upgraded to a private car because the minibus was in the workshop. Communication in advance was clear and well handled, and the staff were very friendly. We traveled round trip between Hanoi and Ha Giang. The only downside was that one of the drivers drove quite aggressively and at high speed, which did not feel entirely safe. Aside from this, we are very satisfied with the service.

Information on departure was well communicated. The minivan was comfortable, and water was provided. The driving was typical of what we have experienced in Vietnam.

Absolutely amazing experience. The drive was on time on pick up and drop off. He drove safely and was very nice. Stops for toilet when we asked. Very comfortable car with loads of space and very luxurious and clean

We wanted to go from Hanoi to Ha Giang early morning and booked a minivan just the night before. Dong Bac Travel confirmed our booking shortly after booking. The communication and organisation was superb. They were on time and provided us with some snacks and a bottle of water. I was overall very satisfied with the service.
