Very comfortabel bus and free lunch!

The bus itself was really comfortable and came with a cushion, blanket and a snack bag, which was so thoughtful. I had issues with the location to go to for my bus as it was not clear on the ticket, so I emailed Bookaway, they were really quick to respond and enquired with the bus company. Within a day they had a link to give me for the location, however, late the day before I was sent a WhatsApp message telling me a completely different location. Fortunately even though the message only arrived the next morning and I was already on my way, my Gojek driver was happy to reroute to get me to the correct place. This issue REALLY NEEDS ADDRESSING, the bus company need to send out the correct information WITH the ticket when it is issued. I cannot be the only traveller who found this a problem.
