The operators ensure that both counter staff and drivers are proficient in English to facilitate clear communication with travelers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle is branded with the company colors and name. For pickups at airports or terminals, the meeting point is outside the airport terminal.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee if their flight is delayed. For private airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, the driver will wait up to one hour for passengers.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger names can be changed after a booking has been approved without any amendment fee.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or the confirmation email.
