Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company colors or name. Additionally, travelers can go to the company counter or ticket parchase desk for assistance. For pickups at airports or terminals where specific arrival hall and gate numbers are not provided, it's best to look for the visual company identifiers on uniforms and vehicles.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not permitted on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are allowed in the vehicles.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. An amendment fee may be applicable for name changes, and these can be made up to a certain time before travel.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print both their ticket and the confirmation email before boarding.
