Sanur harbour is a far cry from what it used to be. Now it can cater for literally hundreds of tourists that leave the harbour by fast ferry. The checking in at the Glor office was fast and efficient being given a Glory tag to wear and a boarding pass. You make your way down to the water and the huge imposing building where you wait for your ferry. Once inside it is chaos. Having gone thru the turnstile inside upstairs there is one big waiting room for everyone - all waiting for a different ferry. There are a couple of tv screens which tell you if your ferry is scheduled or boarding. When it is time to board one of the staff yells out the name of your boat. No mocking intended but as English is not their first language it was hard to tell what name was being yelled. Consequently everyone gets up and surges to the boarding exit inky to be refused or allowed through it it is your ferry boarding. Glory was half an hour late. No explanation. Just waiting. When we finally boarded there was no explanation about the delay and certainly no apology. No safety talk was give either. The journey itself was fast and smooth with easy boarding and docking. Would I travel with them again ? Maybe. But since competition is fierce with loads of other companies I might give another company a go.

It only ran 5 minutes late and was organised well but it was a bumpy 30 minutes speed boat to Nusa Lembongan from Sanur
