Language and communication

Both the counter staff and the drivers speak English, facilitating clear and effective communication for travelers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign featuring the passengers' name. Additionally, drivers can be found at the company counter or ticket office. When picking up from an airport or terminal, the driver will wait at the arrival gate of the customer's flight company.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, it is possible to take the next bus or minivan, although a fee may apply. For private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the driver can wait for passengers, especially if informed about the delay. The allowable waiting time typically ranges from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles cannot be brought on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not permitted on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Changes to passenger names on tickets are allowed after booking approval. There is no fee for changing a name, and modifications can be made at any time before travel.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Passengers can bring pets on board for free. Whether pets need to be kept in a cage depends on the pet.
