Amazing service

Tout était très bien.

I booked a ticket of my journey from Phuket, Thialand to Bangkok. Booking made in 2mins and service was good and Lignite bus was excellent. Bus condition was excellent and very clean buses. Bus was on time and even reached to destination bit earlier. However; buying ticket through website was expensive. I paid almost more that 450 baht as compare to ticket price on site from Lignite office including website service charges. I think difference up to 100 to 150 baht is acceptable but more 450 baht was too much. I think it should be reduce that will encourage the people to buy online

The bus ride was smooth and the bus driver was driving safely and the bus attendant was quick in handling out the snacks and water. When we arrived to bangkok Mochi bus terminal everyone was told to get off. But my ticket stated drop off at Southern terminal. No one told me anything about getting off at Mochi terminal so i was confused and don’t know who to asked. Anyway i still got to my destination hotel. They should have clear instructions to let me know.
