Language and communication

The operators ensure that both counter staff and drivers are capable of communicating in English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name. If the pickup location is at an airport, the driver will be at the arrival hall specified in the air ticket, provided it is informed in advance. Similarly, for pickups from a bus terminal, the driver will wait at the bus company's office, also requiring advance notification.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers can opt to take the next available bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, the driver can wait for up to 30 minutes without charging an additional fee.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles cannot be brought on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger name changes after booking approval are permitted without any fees.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to consume only water, soft drinks, and snacks on board.

Pet policies

Passengers can bring a pet on board for free, and pets do not need to be kept in a cage.
