This journey involved being collected from our hotel by a free Grab taxi, a short wait in a nice lounge with free refreshments then transfer to a large out of town terminus. Our baggage was moved for us and the whole process was clearly explained by staff & the info provided. Bus was very comfortable and we knew exactly when the rest stop would be & when to be back on the bus. This made the journey relaxed and predictable in comparison to domestic other experiences with other companies. There was a good seat back screen that you could connect your phone to or multiple adjustments to make your seat more comfortable. Well thought out. My only gripe was I couldn’t see where we were going! I would definitely book again

Excellent customer service. Very good ordinary seat. I do not like the sleeper buses. I will always go with MexBus if it is available. Pick up and drop of at my hotel. Friendly driver
