Driver was right on time, and courteous. He managed our luggage without us having to lift it, and was a good driver on the bumpy and winding road. The link with the ferry was well timed. Only hiccup was on the La Fortuna side when the driver delivered a couple to the wrong hotel and the rest of us in the bus had to wait over half-an-hour before we moved on. But overall, it was a good service.

Picked up on time and nice ferry across the lake

Booked via bookaway who took over 24hrs to respond to any questions. Shuttle will only collect/drop at options on list. However my driver was brilliant and did drop me at my actual accommodation. Company itself was good. Bus/boat/bus - interesting ride! Great scenery. Very bumpy roads! Comfort stop. Took about 3. 5hrs but waiting around for others at the start who were late for collection.

The process went smoothly from start to finish - pick-up on time, transfer to the ferry, and final leg to La Fortuna.

Pick up was on time, the bus was comfortable and drivers to and from the ferry pier were very pleasant. I highly recommend this company.

I was traveling through Costa Rica alone and thought it would be safe to book my ride with them and the driver never showed up and picked up the phone they provided on my confirmation ticket. The website support only answered to my email more than 12h after my boarding time. Terrible
