Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can identify their ride or driver by looking for vehicles branded with company colors and names. There is also a designated company counter or ticket office where travelers can meet their ride. If the pick-up location is at an airport or terminal, specific arrival hall and gate number details are provided for meeting the driver.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board, subject to a fee and space availability. Please check with the counter staff for the specific fee and space confirmation.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board for an additional fee, which should be confirmed with the counter staff depending on space availability.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted without any fee, and can be made at any time before travel.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
