Language and communication

All staff, including counter personnel and drivers, are proficient in English, facilitating clear communication for passengers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be in a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company’s colors or name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office.
• Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their ride or driver at the counter of Seatran ferry at the airport. For shared airport pickups, passengers can take the next bus or minivan at no additional cost if their flight is delayed. No extra fees apply for this situation. In the case of private airport pickups, the driver can wait for up to one hour without any charge if the flight is delayed. If the waiting time exceeds two hours, fees may apply and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not permitted on board unless they are small and can be accommodated as private care items.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes can be brought on board without additional fees. The charge for bringing a motorbike is 190 baht, including the driver. Cars can be brought on board for 450 baht, including the driver, although the petrol price will also affect the fee.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is available on all vehicles.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are only allowed in the outside zones of the ferry.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger name changes are allowed after booking approval. However, for information regarding amendment fees or the time frame within which changes can be made, please refer to the specific operator's policy.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are permitted to eat and drink outside zones on the ferry.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed on board at no additional cost. However, they must be kept in a cage.
