Language and communication

The counter staff at the ticketing counters can communicate in English, but the drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name. Additionally, a company counter or ticket office is available for assistance. If the pick-up location is at Hatyai Airport, travelers should head to Gate 8 in the arrival hall, where the driver will also provide a sticker.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you can board the next bus or minivan, although an additional fee will be required. However, the ferry transfer remains free of charge. For private airport pickups regarding delayed flights, information about driver waiting times and applicable fees is not provided.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board. There is no additional fee, but clients need to pay for extra seats to accommodate the bicycle.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: All vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are allowed. There is no amendment fee charged for changing a name.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
