We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the bus depot in good time. The bus driver ensured that passegers had all the required documents for both the Lao and Thai immigration. I was quite happy with the service.

A comfortable driving experience and reached before the time to destination. The only bad experience that I was told to be ready at 8 am for pick up but the van came at 8. 30 and took me all the way directly to Vangvieng while I was expecting to get into bigger bus with many other travellers but I was all alone in the van which was still not bad. The driver seemed to be bit rude as his response to my request was not good. I simply asked being a single passenger in the van to drop me to the hotel which was just 300 to 400 meter away but he said take tuk tuk. Otherwise all good

On est arrivées plus tôt que prévu et on est partie à l’heure. Juste le bus était très petit on était serré et j’ai pas eu l’impression qu’ils vérifient si tout le monde est à bord. Le voyage s’est très bien passé

The pick up was fine and the driver made sure we got to the correct bus departure bay. There was some confusion over which bed/seat we could have but it worked out fine in the end. There were pillows and blankets so it was warm and comfortable. The driver was fast, but I didn’t feel unsafe at all. We made quite few toilet and food stops, which you could take or leave, though at the border we all had to get off and take our own luggage across. It was about 100 metres to the Vietnam border site and about 200 metres to the gas station pick up point. We made really good time after the 3 hour border wait/crossing and arrived in Da Nang about 1. 5 hours early. For me this was good as I continued onto Hoi An.

Il manque un peu d informations pratiques aux passages aux frontières. . Durée d attente du bus n est pas indiqué. . Un passager a été oublié à ndépart d une frontière etc. . Et il n y a pas de signalétique à bord du bus. Sinon le reste est ok
