Nice trip with ghazala.

Coach was comfortable and despite some confusion and discussion over my booking and having to pay a further 10 dhs to have my bag stowed under the coach we got underway on time. Bus driver should definitely not use his phone while driving, this is dangerous and unacceptable. However the bus driver was helpful in getting me onto the right connection in Casablanca even though I wasnt aware I needed to change buses as I thought it was a direct trip. Overall experience was good but both drivers were heavily distracted by phones, passengers and an accompanying person sat at the front of the bus. Ordinarily if you are responsible for driving 30+ people safely to a destination then passengers should be encouraged to wear seat belts even if they choose not to, and the driver must not be distracted in any way during the journey as the potential for an accident is surely to be. avoided at all costs, regardless on how many times the Driver has driven this or any other route. Safety is paramount and not to be ignored at all by any passenger, driver or transit company anywhere in the world.
