Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can identify their vehicle by looking for company branding with the company colors or name. For ticket and driver information, they should visit the company counter or ticket office. At airports or terminals, such as Udon Airport, the meeting point is near gate 3 on the right side.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee if their flight is delayed. This service is provided free of charge. Similarly, for private airport pickups, the driver will wait for passengers in case of flight delays, also without any extra fees.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board at no additional cost, provided they are in a private car.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with a visually single traveler.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger names can be changed after a booking has been approved without any amendment fees.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
