Language and communication

All operators provide English-speaking counter staff and drivers to assist travelers efficiently.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with company colors or the name of the company. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office. If the pick-up location is at an airport or terminal, travelers should head to the Terminal Bus station in SG.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers may take the next available bus or minivan at no additional cost. For private airport pickups, the driver will wait for passengers if their flight is delayed.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available for transport.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are allowed. An amendment fee is applicable for changing a name. The details of the fee and the allowable time frame before travel for making a name change are not specified.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print both their ticket and the confirmation email.
