Language and communication

The service ensures that there are some English-speaking representatives available at the counter. However, the drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

Travelers can identify their ride or driver by looking for the driver in company uniform, who will also be holding a sign with the passenger's name. Additionally, assistance is available at the company counter or ticket office. For airport or terminal pickups, specific details about the arrival hall and gate number are not provided.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board but must be folded and placed in a box. There is an additional fee ranging from **200-400 baht**.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board with an additional fee based on the brand and size, approximately costing between **1550-2450 baht**.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs for visually impaired travelers are allowed only if they are small, kept in a cage, and there is a charge of 500 baht.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. The change of name is free of charge provided it is for the same date and time. Passengers must present their passport when requesting a name change, especially if they are foreigners.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are only allowed to consume water on board during the COVID-19 period.

Pet policies

Passengers can bring a pet on board. There is an additional fee of 500 baht for bringing a small animal. Pets must be kept in a cage while on board.
