Gets the job done but driver is rude. I was asking where to board. You said “two”. And I was confused. And then you raised your voice. Only upon translation by a passer by did I realise you mean “platform 2” Four stars still. Because I recognize what is perceived as rudeness on the surface is likely one part language and the other part may be that a service culture may not be existent in the first place. Also four star because of the fact that he got the job done and I ended up in my destination

Our bus driver was very good guy, it was true !!!!

1. Seat belts could not be pulled out of the seats. Perhaps only in those that were nearby. 2. The monitor screen could not be turned off -- lit all the way.

Very good service and price

Great travel very smooth drive! Amazing scenery on the way from Vilnius to Riga. Very comfortable bus, seats, very clean. Driver very courteous and friendly, speaks English. Complimentary coffee was a very pleasant surprise, a machine with many options to chose! Thank you.
