Helpful staff, happy. Fast boat. You can watch a movie on the road, sit on the deck in the sun or inside in the shelter.

The journey itself was perfect, but disembarking was terrible, it took me 20 minutes to get off. The exit from the ferry was crowded with drivers making it hard to get off. The luggage was placed too close causing congestion that also slowed people getting off. Keep the drivers away and place the luggage in a line on the other side of the jetty

It was easy to book the ticket online with no hidden fees. Be there one hour before as the website mentioned. The ferry left before the actual departure time. I guess most people rebook the ticket and once everyone shows up the ferry leaves.

Well organized and smooth loading and unloading. No pushing to get bags when arrived at port, all bags unloaded before you get off so nice easy collection. Ferry firm gives you ticket on check in which is your entry fee to port covered so no getting problems from harbour mafia
