At departure time we did not know which bus was our bus☺️we were lucky that I stood up at almost the departure time and saw that the bus was already loaded with the luggage of other passengers and the bus driver never came to look for us, and we were in time, early so to speak at more the half an hour before departure time . I found the music of the film very loud and not a possibility to lower it down at our place. We felt save, the drive was seven hours instead of 5. 10. Minutes but we were save so overall good

It was a long day but I traveled to Morelia with ease

Buying the tickets was easy, and well done. Even a reminder sms with the location 1h before departure

Bus was clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. No wifi, although it was a feature listed. Safe trip, arrived late, but this was due to traffic/construction delays.

We asked at one of several counters at the large bus station where our bus left from as it didn't say on our ticket. Bus left on time but took almost two hours longer than scheduled which was a significant delay, especially as no meal/snack break at any stage. Comfortable enough and toilets onboard were adequate but not great.

Fantastic! I was having difficulties with other sites to book my ticket. This was a god send
