Language and communication

The driver is able to communicate in English, enhancing the ease of communication for passengers. However, English is not spoken by the counter staff.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver, as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name. For pickups at airports or terminals, specific meeting points are provided: at BKK Airport, meet on floor 2 at door 3 for domestic flights and door 11 inside for international flights at Don Mueang; floor 1 at door 11 inside for domestic arrivals; and door 3 inside for international arrivals.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, the possibility of taking the next bus or minivan is dependent on specific conditions including applicable fees. Regarding private airport pickups, drivers can wait for passengers for up to 2 hours if their flight is delayed. For any additional hour beyond this, a fee of 300 baht is charged. Passengers must inform about cancellations at least 2 hours in advance to avoid this fee.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board at no additional cost, but it is required to inform in advance.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with a visually impaired traveler.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes are permitted after a booking has been approved at no additional cost.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board, but consuming alcohol and stinky food is prohibited.

Pet policies

Passengers are allowed to bring pets on board. There is a fee of **200 baht** for large pets, while small pets can be brought on board without any additional charge. All pets, especially large dogs, must be kept in a cage during the journey.
