Nice ride, just need organization on getting on the boat.

The ferry ride was great. They pulled away from the dock within a minute or two of schedule, the ride was so smooth, and they arrived faster than advertised. I do want to say that I was told by the woman at the office about 45 minutes prior to departure that the boat would be leaving “from behind slip #8”. I walked past most slips, as they were not in order, found slip 8 and waited for someone to open up the doors. Another group of 4 was also waiting there for this ride , and when it got to 10 minutes before departure time? And no door opened on the boat, they called and went to another slip; although I followed them, there was a different company’s ship in that slip so I went back. Now it was exactly departure time and still the boat at slip 8 had no action. I walked to the boat adjacent which was pulling up the boarding planks and asked a worker whrrr that boat was headed. He confirmed that it was the correct boat and allowed me to jump on seconds before pulling away. There was NO signage on the ship stating where it was headed. This boat was NOT in slip 8. I’m sure those other 4 people missed their ride. You need better signage at the gangplanks. Airports, train stations and bus stations all have live screens displaying the destination, gate or slip, and the flight or bus/train number. Get better, accurate information out to your passengers. By the way, I’m still waiting to receive my ticket for my trip from Hvar to Dubrovnik that I purchased over 3 days ago (I received the first ticket to get here within a day). I’ve reached out, but still haven’t received it to my email, which you have. I need that, or I’m sure at best I’ll have to pay twice for tomorrow’s trip.
