I booked a Transfer from Danang Holiday Beach to Hue at 9 a. m . We are there at 8. 40 a. m. and waiting till 9. 15 a. m. but No Bus was coming. Only with the help of a very very frienly Conserge of the Hotel Holiday Beach who telephoned with the Company they send a Grab to an other Point of Destination. Therefore we reached Hue one hour later. Also later we learned that the busdriver reached Holiday Beach at 8,35 a. m. , , we are not there and therefore he drove away. No more Bus Vietnam Explore Travel

Good for the price you payed. But I asked if they could pick up from hotel and they said they only pick up from one stop, but then they picked everybody else up from different places.
