Finding your ride

At airports or terminals, specific details on the arrival hall and gate number for meeting the ride or driver will be provided.
- Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you can take the next bus or minivan without any additional charge, provided there are seats available on the next vehicle.
