  • Recommend iHome Transer, ordered on Bookaway. We got the tickets a few days before departure. Pick-up point was easily located and we got the printed out tickets within minutes. We were driven with a minibus to the cabinbus location 30 minutes outside Ho Chi Minh. The bus was in very good conditions, clean, AC, pillows and tick blanket. The toilet was small, but clean. We departed on time and was in Nha Trang on time, despite a section of the highway was closed.

Finding your ride

  • General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name or they can go to the company counter or ticket office. For airport or terminal pickups, travelers can meet their driver in the arrival hall at the specified gate number.
  • Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, customers can take the next available bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes without any additional fee.
