The bus ride was okay. We had a 1 hour delay, which made us nervous because we had to cross the border to Thailand before the border crossing closed for the night and our visa expired. Please note that the road from Hpa An to Myawaddy is very bumpy. They are working on the roads right now, so maybe next year it will be better.

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company's counter or ticket office. If the pickup location is at an airport or terminal, travelers should go to the specified arrival hall and gate number to meet their ride or driver.
