Language assistance is available, however, please note that counter staff speak English to some extent but are not fluent, and drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company's counter or ticket office. If the pickup location is at an airport or terminal, travelers should go to the specified arrival hall and gate number to meet their ride or driver.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board for an additional fee, which varies depending on the size of the bicycle.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board with an additional fee, which varies depending on the bike's size.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

Passengers are not required to print their tickets or the confirmation email.
