Language and communication

The staff at the ticket counter are able to communicate in English. However, drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company’s colors or name. For those picked up at airports or terminals, the meeting points are as follows: for domestic flights, the location is under the Hanwha Insurance Life sign at the bus station; for international flights, it is next to Column 5 on the first floor (1F) of Terminal T2.
