Language and communication

The staff at the ticket counter are able to communicate in English. However, drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company’s colors or name. Additionally, visitors can go to the company counter or ticket office for assistance. For those picked up at airports or terminals, the meeting points are as follows: for domestic flights, the location is under the Hanwha Insurance Life sign at the bus station; for international flights, it is next to Column 5 on the first floor (1F) of Terminal T2.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee, provided there are seats available. For private airport pickups, guidelines regarding wait times and potential fees for delays weren't specified, so it's suggested to check directly for this information to ensure clarity before booking.

Baggage and special items

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passengers can change names on bookings after approval. Name changes are free if done at least 2 hours before departure.
