We booked a trip to Bacalar from San Ignacio Cayo. The pickup was an hour late. We were driven to the water taxi in Belize city where we waited for another hour before we took off in another bus to chetumal. The buses were not too comfortsble, had clutch problems and really buzzing loud AC. The buses to and from Chetumal to Bacalar were very comfortable, likewise the return bus from Chetumal to the water taxi. The bus from the water taxi to San Ignacio was packed and extremely noisy (either engiine or AC noise). Overall I think they should invest in more comfortable busses with functional restrooms. especially those on long runs. The condictors were curious.

The drivers were helpful and efficient. I paid for txt message updates and that was worth it. I arrived 3 hours later than what I was told. There was a hold up at the Guatemala- Belize border. Maybe the wait time needs to be factored in to determining the arrival time.

The bus came 20 minutes late at the start. Unfortunately no one on the stop to communicate. We had to change the bus 3 times, which I would love to knew before, as a reason to book this company was the assumption of no stress, just sitting in one bus, no waiting because of delays of other busses. But exactly that happend in Belize City were waiting more than 2 hours for the next bus to come, no clear communication about when we meet again etc. The duration of arriving at 1 would not be even realistic without any delay. Please update your schedule to realistic times!!! Driving was good and drivers were friendly, boarder control good organized.
