Awesome ferry trip between mainland the island, the boat is very clean and comfortable, the rooftop deck is such a wonderful spot for the ride and for the view. The check in process was very easy and the team was always kind and helpful. I highly recommend to anyone going between San Pedro, Caye Caulker and Belize City to use Caribbean Sprinter.

The crowded ship made trip feel overwhelming but only thing that made it ok was the staff going to San Pedro they were amazing. Leaving San Pedro that’s another story

We had a great experience with the Caribbean sprinter company. They were at the airport for us when our plane arrived, even though it was before the scheduled time. The ride was comfortable. The driver was friendly. We got to the marina terminal and checked in. Luggage was loaded And we left on time. The ride over the water had lots of things to see. It was almost 2 hours long, but we were not in a hurry. After two short stops at the smaller islands we arrived in San Pedro as scheduled. Just in time to see the sunset. On the way back we were able to sit on top and speak with the captain during the ride. He was very friendly and informational about the island and tourism and history. My husband loved it! Thank you so much.

Everything went super smooth, everyone was super nice and friendly, it was very convenient dropping off our rental car at the airport and doing the van drive to the ferry, and the same coming back from San Pedro.

Good trip.

It broke down. I think the weight limit was underestimated. A replacement ferry arrived but without enough space for all of the passengers.
Myself and 2 others were left behind. I was okay to stay behind because others aboard had a flight to catch.
The original ferry was able to perform and bring us to shore once the majority passengers were helped onto the next ferry.
