The transport was on time and got us to Tikal on schedule. Booking was easy and staff were communicative regarding logistics.

Took a ride from Flores to Tikal.
Comfortable van, driver was nice. 
The tyre blew out on the way back, but they called a new van and were there in 20min.
A/C or some sort of ventilation is missing tho.

Contratamos sólo el servicio de transporte entre Flores y Tikal, ida a las 8 am y vuelta a las 3 pm, pero para la vuelta nos dijeron que sería media hora antes (a las 2:30 pm) porque el resto del grupo iba con guía y el guía dijo que él iba a volver con su grupo a esa hora, estuviéramos o no, e independientemente de lo que hubiéramos contratado. Dijo que si no volvíamos con él a la hora que decía tendríamos que tomar otro transporte y pagarlo. Así que en realidad pudimos disfrutar de Tikal media hora menos de lo que habíamos contratado.
Por otro lado, el autobús era viejísimo y ni siquiera encendieron el aire acondicionado a pesar de hacer 32 grados en la calle. Hacía más fresco en lo alto de la Pirámide que en el bus.
