Uncomfortable journey
Information on the actual bus is not stated in the voucher, so I had to call the agent. After getting the info about which bus to take, I looked around Sauraha Bus Park for the said bus. Turned aout that it was the oldest and the shabbiest bus over there. I expectes that my name and seat number is already with the person in charge because I ooked this bus since November 2019. Turned out that my name was not in the list.. and I was asked to sit at the very back of the bus.. which is super uncomfortable
